sharp el-8029
| the compet elsi mate el-8029 from 1977 is 13mm thick closed
and 14 cm long. it opens lenthways revealing an 8 digit fem lcd display
and a small two row keyboard. outside is a clip for a shirt pocket or it
can be kept in its leatherette case.
a rather cool little gadget and well made. the non-standard key layout is a bit weird at first. there is no off button, but it shuts off automatically after approximately 4 mins. |
